2. Federal Hemp Compliance (2018 Farm Bill)

We certify that all products contain a Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration of no more than 0.3% on a dry-weight basis.

By purchasing wholesale from Snapdragon Cannabis Co., you assume full liability for the importation, possession, and resale of these products in your state or country.

  • Age Verification: Wholesale partners are responsible for ensuring that these products are only resold to individuals aged 21 and older, or as required by your local laws.

4. Tennessee State Regulations (2026 Framework)

Snapdragon Cannabis Co. operates out of Tennessee. Wholesale buyers located within Tennessee must comply with the new 2026 state hemp regulations. This includes adherence to the expanded oversight by the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) regarding hemp-derived consumables and beverages, stricter product formulation standards, and any required handling licenses.

5. Shopify Platform Compliance

This store is hosted on Shopify. Per Shopify’s Terms of Service for hemp and hemp-derived products, Snapdragon Cannabis Co. confirms that:

  • We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are explicitly prohibited.
